This is a very smooth salt that is easy to use.
It is made in Japan from 100% Muroto Deep-Seawater. This salt is initially placed in a pot for an extended period of time in order to properly crystallize. After that, this salt is burnt at a high temperature which causes the texture of the salt to become very smooth. It is because of this texture that the salt is very easy to use as both a table salt and a cooking salt. It contains Nigari, Magnesium Chloride, which enhances the natural flavor of food .Most salt that contains Nigari also contains water but this salt is burnt to such a high temperature that the moisture is evaporated thereby increasing the ease of use.
