Product Features:

This product is mainly composed of calcium sulfate, magnesium chloride and Glucono delta- lacton.
It enhances the mild sweetness of the soy bean and you can make a shiny and springy tofu.
It provides a stable coagulation reaction which increases workability.


Use Conditions:

To make a silken tofu, a soft tofu or a cotton tofu

Use per liter of soy milk

*The amount of water to dissolve the product would be 2~5% of the amount of soya milk in order to make a silken tofu, a soft tofu or a cotton tofu.

Handling Method:

Store in a dry place.
