In 1973, this product was introduced to the Japanese market. Since then it has been widely regarded as a customer favorite. The salt was originally made in the world heritage site, Shark Bay Australia, as a solar sea salt. This product contains Nigari, an element known for being essential to the taste of salt and is now made using our traditional technique of producing salt.
